I think the legal age limit is 18 so no -

Buttttttttt the legal limit in Scottland is 21 & we were drinkin' up there..........soooo who knows

in Germany, anything with an alcohol lower than 12% is legal for anyone over 16 (beer, wine, malt liqueor) Anything higher than 12% is only legal for 18 year olds. However, the drinking age on a plane is set for the country you are landing in, so therfore yes, you can order a beer.
