Can i trade phones, VERIZON?

Question

I have the env2 for only a month and my ok button already isn't working. I have a one year warranty, so could i trade my phone in for the glyde for free or a cheap price? How would this work?

Not unless you start a new contract, which will cost loads of money. If your button isnt working, take it back to the store and they will replace it for you.
