Can i use baking soda?

can i use baking soda like put toothpaste on my tooth brush and then sprinkle some baking soda on top if i have braces?

yes, it works really good too!

Yes. Baking soda and peroxide are excellent ways to clean your teeth and breath when you have braces. Rinse thoroughly after use. I would also recommend using regular toothpaste every other day because of the exra abrasion in the baking soda.
