Can a child inherit the same hair and eye color as one parent (for example, parent A has brown hair and hazel eyes and parent B has black hair and blue eyes?) ?

  2. Well...I'm not 100% sure what you're asking. But I can tell you that my dad has brown hair and hazel eyes and so do I. My mom has brown hair and brown eyes and so does my brother.

    it's all on allele frequency, most likely though the child would have hazel eyes and black hair.

  4. Yes.  My mom has brown hair and brown eyes, and my dad had blond hair and hazel eyes.  I have blonde hair and hazel eyes.  My brother has brown hair and brown eyes.  (My sister isn't an example of either.  She has brown hair and blue eyes.)

  5. When I did my science GCSE's I remember being told that brown is the dominate colour for eyes and hair when a baby is born. So if A had brown hair B had black hair it would probally have dark brown hair. If A had hazel eyes B had blue eyes I would think they would be hazel or brown. A babies eye and hair colour changes as they get older aswell.
