yes you can wash them, if you dont then youll start getting white lines on them from your sweat and theyll start stinking  EEEWWW!!!! put them in delicate wash and use cold water, if you use hot, it will wear out the elasticity

yes thy can i wash mine, make sure to put it on delicate though, & use cold not hot water. but dont wash them to much becuase then they will get messed up faster

I wash mine when needed.   I add a few cups of baking soda into the wash, it works much better getting the smell out than bleach or fabreese.  I let mine air dry, the dryer shrinks and deforms them.

leslie g is correct.  Wash them, yes.  Dry them, no.  The materials inside the kneepads does not like to be dried.  The kneepads will become brittle and stiff.  And smaller.

wow im glad you asked this question, please wash them! but dont dry them, unless they are too big! but my mom usually puts some oxy clean on them, to get out the smell same with towels i leave in my car trunk, she washes them with that so the smell doesnt come back, until you wear them out to where they smell again, best of luck to you and your season

just dont dry them all the way-

get the outt when they are still damp and let them air dry..

be sure to flip them inside out though!!

yes, they can. i didnt know this either until i finally just stuck them in the wash and they came out fine.

It's best to wash them at least once a month. If you use bleach, that really helps the sweat stains and such to go away as well. Don't put them in the dryer, but set them on top of an air duct or something, because it's not good for them to have water soaking in them for too long.
