Can my 2mo.old have hemorrhoids

My 2mo.old has had this little skin tag thing on her botton now for mos.and now there 2 of them they look like they are coming together to close her botton up her pediatrican seen it and call the other doc.in the office and they said it might be a skin tag but keep an eye on it i did and it has gotten bigger.what do i do

olivia has a little bit of heightened skin by her little butt hole....not sure if its a hemorroid, but she was constipated once.

Call her pediatrican? Why would a concerned mother come on here asking us what to do? Don't you know as a mother what to do when your concerned with your child.
