Can my period change?

Question

I started my first period about a year and a half ago when i was 12 almost 13. At first I had really heavy periiods then al the past maybe 6 periods have been really light. Im havent had s*x and dont plan to for awhile so im not pregnant. But what could make this change. Any help would be nice. thnx

Your period can change throughout your life but especially for the first year or two when it can be irregular and changeable. Dont worry, this is normal!
