Can my phone be unlocked?

i have a segem my411x and have it on orange. i had a bad experience with orange and now want to change. can i unlock this phone cheap and if i can where becaue orange want to charge me £25 to unlock it

please help

25 pounds is rip off, google around, i had see can be done in few pounds/
