As a matter of fact they can.  Don't them too much or it can cause fatty liver disease.  This is when the liver can actually die.  Try to stick with your basic cheddar, and don't feed them spicy.

I don't think so for two reasons:

1) The aforementioned fact that birds eating too much unhealthy junk it causes them to get fatty liver disease

2) Because cheese is dairy and parrots cannot have dairy products of any kind

They can have a very small amount.If they are allowed to have too much cheese,it causes fatty liver decease.
