  3. Yes. It has to have no diamonds or stones, only a plain band.

    I would still check with the prison though.

  4. Why would you want to wear something so valuable to jail?  You might lose it or it might get taken from you by another prisoner.  I would leave it at home.

  5. They can if they are first approved by the prison system that they are in.If they are denied because of the stones or are considered dangerous because of the particular shape, then no, they are just held with there possessions until they are released.

  6. No. All personal possessions must be handed over for the duration of their term. Depending on the level of security, some prisons won't let you so much as have a traditional tooth brush, because anything can be turned into a weapon.
