Can snowboard's edge be fixed?

My Custom X edge hit some rock and a piece of the edge was knocked off. Can it be fixed?

I also have a Custom X ('06) that I blew out some of the edge on.  It can be fixed, its generally not cheap and you want it done by a reputable shop.   Unfortunately it will never be as strong as the board was originally, however, if you properly take care of your board you should be OK.

Do NOT ride your board until you get it fixed.  If you've done enough damage to your board moisture could get inside and really mess things up.

Yep...A good tech can cut the damaged bit of edge out, replace it, then glue and clamp it. Could be pricey though and will take a good couple of days.
