Can somebody please help me!?

Question

If you go on somebodys page and you save like a picture of somebody to your computer and the picture you save is wayy bigger then it was on the persons page (am i confusing?)

i pretty much want to knoe how do you make a picture smaller on your page but when you save it to your computer its wayy bigger

sometimes its not good to use large image for webpages, takes longer to load,

so to use large image from online album you would make link with html image tag, and within tag set size for width and height,

<img src="image .jpg" width="45" height="45">
