I heard about chocolate, and greasy foods, etc, but can sprite ?

Most likely not, the reason sodas cause acne is because of the caffeine. Sprite is caffeine free, so it should not make you break out.

It can--diets high in sugars can lead to acne problems.  Also, high levels of carbohydrates can influence your hormone production.  Plus, people who drink soda are just less healthy anyway.

That said, I would think that Sprite would be one of the better ones.  It's got way too much sugar, and some studies have suggested that carbonation can be bad for you, but it seems like it must be better than Coke.

yes! The sugar in sprite (or any other soda) can give you acne!  drink diet! it's still bad for you, but you won't have the sugar problem!
