Can the hospital tell if your only 3 days pregnant?

I dont believe so, do you mean you had s*x 3 days ago, an believe you are pregnant? Because sperm can live for up to 5 days inside you until finding the egg

No.  It takes 5 days for the fertilized egg to even implant in the uterus and it usually takes 10 days after conception for there to be enough pregnancy hormone for a test to detect.

I highly doubt that YOU can tell that you're 3 days pregnant-so the hospital probably cant unless they do a blood test.

I suppose anything is possible. but it's highly unlikely that your HPT levels are high enough to test positive yet
