  1. yes.

its usually a sign of a disease, like depression and diabetes

you are supposed to get 6-7 hours of sleep every night

they say 8 is too much now

  2. if you sleep to long, your body gets used to being in 'slow' mode causing you to feel like c**p forever.

  3. no sleep is great for you!!

it doesnt matter if you get more sleep than usual but  make sure u always get the right amount of sleep or you will be tired and cranky

  4. 3am to 7am is only 4 hrs of sleep! Not enough for anyone. You are probably exhausted and your inner sleep clock is screwed up-therefore sleeping 8 hrs during the daytime hours. Please see your doctor and maybe he can prescribe a sleep aid(or even over the counter Benadryl) so that you can reset your internal clock. Good luck!

  5. not true! eight hours is a perfect time!

einstein and the gr8's got 13 hours a day. (but they had more mental

    work to do)

    8 is good.

  6. i sleep 19 hrs a day and i'm depressed

thats not really sleeping what your talking about its like napping

  7. Absolutely. Too much sleep will only make you more tired and make you want to sleep even more. However, each person needs their own amount of sleep, so try to find what is right for you. Some people need 8 hours of sleep, some 6 and some 10! Since it's summer and you have the ability now, try different amounts of sleep and see what's best for you!

  8. For a while its not bad. All the time it can be.

  9. Sleep is a physical and mental resting state in which a person becomes relatively inactive and unaware of the environment.

12 Hour sleep becomes man much lazy in all field. Although it’s a common belief that 8 hours of sleep is required for optimal health, a six-year study of more than one million adults ages 30 to 102 has shown that people who get only 6 to 7 hours a night have a lower death rate. Individuals who sleep 8 hours or more, or less than 4 hours a night, were shown to have a significantly increased death rate compared to those who averaged 6 to 7 hours.
