Can tooth extraction weaken my vision?

That is what i hear from many people and now its my turn. but I dont want to end up wearing speaks.

Don't have aspirin based painkillers after tooth extraction! It thins the blood, so it doesn't clot properly!

Back to the original question, no. You'll feel a bit woozy but that's just the painkiller and it wears off in a few hours.

There could be only one case when you are getting your Anterior Maxillory teeth extracted and this is only due to faulty injection technique  near the infraorbital nerve but this effect only last for few min to few hours.

It'll make your vision blurry for a few minutes (or even hours) prior to the extraction, but don't worry, it is not permanent, and it doesn't happen to everyone.

I get blurry afterwards personally. It lasts for about 30 minutes before I see clearly again. I do have poor eye sight, but I can assure that it is not from any extractions [:

Remember to drink from a straw after the extraction! My mom may be crazy, but she tells me to always drink from a straw afterwards to avoid blood clots aha.

no don't sweat it, I had 5 teeth extracted before I got my braces when I was 11 years old - 5 FREAKIN TEETH!  And I still have 20/20.  You might feel kinda blind and dizzy after the procedure but it's just the anesthesia, your vision will return in a few hours after a nice nap and an asprin. :-)
