So my friend states that my ex and hers blocked her and his friend txt messages hes sad that a lot so can this b done threw verizon? if so how easy is it he wouldnt go threw all the trouble to black someone so whats going on please help me

you can block a specific person if your cell phone allows you too.

i know because i blocked a couple of people.  this feature is found in the setting part of your messaging menu.
