When you want to reheat tortillas, get a little  water in your hands and get them wet just a little, so they can be moist, before you heat them.

Yes!  Just make sure to have some paper towels separating them when you thaw them out.

Yes, it is okay to freeze flour tortillas. It is very important that you let them thaw in the refrigerator for a day or two before using them. Flour tortillas should not be thawed in the microwave.

Flour tortillas: 14 - 35 days (not in refrigerator)

But if  product is kept refrigerated at all times. Under these conditions, the shelf life of flour and corn tortillas is 60 - 90 days.
