OK, i have all the info but my ancestry free trial ran out. Can you find me Effie (kate or kay) trent family tree. I believe her father's name is bill cole. not 100% sure thanks.

This is the only Roy Cooper in Tennessee aged 8 - 12 on the 1930 census. There are two Allens.

That doesn't mean it is him. He could be in Texas, for all we know, or Idaho.

Did you try for his obituary? If you have it and he is survived by brothers Troy, Ala, and Philip, the census entry I found looks darned good.

Did you try for Effie's obituary?

Do you know why her father's surname was Cole and hers was Trent? It might make a difference. If Roy was her second husband, for instance, and Trent was her first husband's surname.
