I often come across strange terms when reading questions and answers from our american friends. Like LoL for example. What does it mean. Is there a new age dictionary i can consult or what? Yes, I'm australian.

Name a few more terms, because I still don't understand what you mean. LoL is understandable, because it sounds like they're emphasizing on the two identical letters, and isolating the "o."

That is, unless, you mean you don't know the meaning of "LOL", which I will gladly explain.

Australian..nice, ha, um..the term "Lol" - originally meant "laughing out loud", but now is the most common expression in any text conversation, just used instead of haha or any giggle or something like that.
