Can you figure out his behavior?

Met a guy thru eharmony. Talked on the phone a few times in June, but b/c I'm VERY shy I text now. Now he only texts too. We've only had 3 dates, haven't kissed yet tho. He works in the emergency field and his shifts make it difficult to get together. I like him, so I asked him for a 4th date. He didn't respond to that. But he did text me saying that whenever he gets a message from me, it makes him smile and he said it was too hard to resist telling me.

But he hasn't answered my question about another date.

When we first started talking, he said he's very shy too - but do you think that's it? I'm really shy so....can you figure him out?

..when i read this it actually made me smile cause i've been in a similar situation.Girl,do not be that shy! if you really want him and you saw quite well that he IS a shy guy,don't expect him to turn into the charming seducer that you'd be happy to fall in love with...cause he won't.

now, i understand it is not easy to act confident, to find the good words always, to be s**y and funny at the same time, to excite him but give it a try. do not be shy to talk on the phone! don't use text messaging unless it's for economizing reasons :-))) yes, you have to talk on the phone! just take few minutes and think about some possible conversation topics before you call him,not to get to a point u become silent,not knowing what to say.

i don't know what to say about the next date but if he gives you good body language,you find an opportunity to touch him without giving it a sexual meaning! touch his hand, you know his shirt like..u know,nice tshirt bla bla. maybe he's too shy to make a move he thinks maybe you're not giving him the right body language. and for that touching is important.
