  1. If you took them out of the can, put them in an airtight container and freeze them, sure! I wouldn't recommend putting the can straight in the freezer though.

  2. If the can doesn't contain any liquids, then its probably safe to put in the freezer. But if it does have a good amount of liquids in it, then its probably not a good idea to do so because the water in the can will freeze and expand, causing the can to explode :^O Yup

  3. ...and why would you?  Did you open a can and didn't need all of them?  If this is the case, try this....chop them up with onions and freeze in freezer bags for your next homemade sauces.  They wouldn't be tasty for much else, as they're succulent like a tomato and need to be added with something to freeze well.  Think of something else you like, if not onion.  That will work fine, as well.

You can freeze fresh mushrooms.  Don't pre-wash.  Remove stems and slice the way you like them.  Lay them on cookie sheet, as you would cookies. Freeze. Once frozen, put them in bags to be taken out, as needed for cooking.  You only have to WASH first, before using them.  Write this on the bag.  It's really quick and easy.

    Blessings<><:)
