  1. that doesn't sound very productive.  there are ways to make a complaint if you have a valid issue.

  2. Sounds like harassment and intimidation to me and making threats.  Making threats in any form can result in lawsuits and criminal charges.

  3. its harrassment, you wouldnt go to jail, best case senario you would get a slap on the wrist, worse case you would could get charges pressed

  4. tell more of the story.. how are u being mean saying wat then i can help u out

  5. Cash, as a ex police officer I can say to you that it really depends on the cop. Some are open to this type of communication and while others take it to heart as a threat and can press charges on you. .. I will say that the best thing  would be to tell him while he is off duty to his face. with others present what you feel... it Carry's more weight on the streets plus with others there he cannot lie about what was said.. carry a mini tape recorder then you have your real backup.  but remember depending on the state you live in you can be arrested for messages (terroristic threatening)  and or harassment through communications

  6. yeah, I think that counts as abuse.

  7. In my own jurisdiction what you did is referred to as Harassing Communications.

If the officer, or any other person for that matter, decide to pursue the issue, you could find yourself being arrested.

In the future, if you have a problem with an officer, contact him in person and talk to him or contact his agency to talk with a supervisor or commander!

  8. Just don't threaten his life or anyone elses.

  9. Very nearly.

Hostile or threatening comments will be taken seriously, and you may become a "person of interest".
