Can you help me with GPS?

I do not understand about tech. (gps …..)

I are looking to have an application in USA (los angels California)

All I know is:

We need to know where our cars are and in low cost to have a device in the car that report to us and to our driver that the car parked in restrict / violation area that we define.

The Alert can be: the car horn be on after 15second or send sms to cell phone or call the cell phone and hang up ( driver will recognize the call that he in restrict area.)

The cars do not have GPS.

Some cars do have GPS.

Can you help?

I have installed many gps tracking units for my commercial customers and they all have used a product called (TRACKSTICK), so give get a look at and see if it can do what you want.

Check out this site. They can help you out. If not, there are many companies out there that can. I checked into it for my soon to be driving daughter. There are many options available. You will be amazed. search several of them to make sure you get the best deal.
