It may only be infatuation, but in any case love cannot be hidden. It's in the eyes. Are you 'spoken for' by means of a boyfriend/girlfriend type of relationship, or are you married? If married, you need to act like a grownup and stop fantasizing about this person in your head. If you have to see this person every day because of work, then keep it strictly professional. If you don't really have to see this person every single day, then stop. If you aren't married, then it's possible you don't love the person you're with and may have found your true love in this other person. Figure it out.

You cannot hide being in love with someone you see everyday. Because you are very aware of the way he/she talks, walks, acts or whatever, that you sometimes imagine that person is doing some things with you (like role playing in your mind) and no matter how busy you are with some other things he/she comes first in your mind. Probably the way you treat this person is very different from anybody else compared to your normal friends. You care too much and very much concerned about this person which eventually will be noticed because of that special care.

Maybe this "someone else" doesn't notice at first, but other people will, i recommend you to check your obvious signals to others, like ticks, sweating and try to cover them with exaggerated movements or expressions.
