Can you please answer this question?

I got a paper in the mail that said fenton moters of el dorado wich is close to us. says winning number then below it it says if your number matches it then you have definitly won one of these 5 prizes. we scratched off the other paper it gave with a key attached to it and it is the winning number? is it a hoax to get us to go there? it says no purchase nessacary to get one of these prizes with the wining number. Please let me know if you have got one of these from a dealership near you. and if it is fake or not.

It's BS. I fell for it last summer. We took the "winning ticket" in and they just stared at us because we kept asking for the prize while they were giving us some sales pitch.
