Can you snort hydromorphone?

For the record, I don't plan on taking any... this is solely for educational purposes.

Is it true that the only way to feel the effects is to shoot it up, or does snorting it work?

no you don't shoot it up, it comes in tablets or suppositories.  i take it if i get a bad migraine & my normal migraine meds dont work

No ingesting it orally will get you just as high, I'm not sure where you heard that from...
