yes and in several different ways and with either eye,There is the quick conspiratorial wink,the long attention grabbing wink, the sly wink to a female other than the one I'm with, and then there is the great game of wink played with toddlers who try to wink but end up closing both eyes and then spend hours try to do the same thin with only one eye. Yes if you know how winking can be very funny but it can also give the wrong idea to the wrong people.
