Can your parents get Immediate custody?

I'm having a hard time dealing my one of my parents, my mom. We are constantly arguing all the time. I want my dad to have immediate custody over me. Please help

depends on how old you are....i know after a certain age they ask the kids who they want to live with and why so have real reasons why you want to live with your dad....they will take it into consideration

I think at age 12 you are able to decide who you want to live with depending on your state of residence. Ask your Dad to look into it.

Sorry but it is up to the courts, UNLESS you can prove she is getting drunk or doing drugs or being abusive.

yes it depends on age if you are a teen you can choose what parent but if they are young you need a very good court case if you wanna take it that far x
