Canada: Consultants and how to approach?

I am trying to start a branch office in Canada for the Software company in India. Now that I want to know how can I approach the consultants for the same. is there any place I could find the same? Any list of consultants who are ready to sub-contract??

Let me get this straight, you want to re-sell software from an Indian company. If you are talking about Consultants to do the implementation. You have to advertise and hire them. As far as getting clients. . you need an Advertising campaign thats target specific. Whats ur target audience ? And have you gotten permission form the Indian company to start a Branch office in Canada ?
