Canada visa,,finance management help......?

hi,, i m gonna file my canada student visa application in few days.

my father had bought a property in my parental uncle's name as we live in a joint family. we have sold it few days back and the money is there in my uncle's account. so can he sponser me with that money(using along an affidavit) and although we can transfer the money in our account but sum1 told me that it wont work.....so, can my uncle sponser me??

Your uncle can sponsor you providing that he can prove he has the funds to do so. He will to provide you with bank statements which show there is enough to pay for both tuition and living expenses and he will need to write and sign an affidavit of support to confirm how much money is available to you and that this is to be used to support your financial needs.
