Canadian Student Visa forms, Help!!!?

Question

I will be applying for Canadian student visa soon because I have gotten admission in Sheridan College 3 years BA accounting Course. Now my question is that do we have to submit only 2 forms for student visa? Application form and Supplmentary form? Or is there any other? I have heard something about temporary resident visa form that u must have to submit also. So it means total 3 forms?
