Canadian cops vary by province, city and region. What do you want to know. go to www.canada.gc.ca and see employement.

most cops require you be a canadian citizen and you must have college or univ degree. starting pay is quite high compared to the US. 65,000 and up. Avg toronto cop earns 100k cnd dollars or more.
