Canary Island weather?

Could anybody tell me please how is the weather in March/April/May in the Canary Islands? Is the water warm enough for swimming?

It depends on the island you go.

The water has an average temperature between 20-22 centigrades ( in my opinion to cold ... ) .

The more eastern islands like Fuerteventura/Lanzarote/Gran Canaria  usually have better weather conditions  with more sun than Tenerife and the smaller western islands ( La Palma;El Hierro, Gomera ) . Some rain may occur in march and april in the western islands , not in the south of Tenerife but in all other areas.

I have stayed for several months at La Palma ( really worth visiting if you don't need long beaches and like mountainBiking and hiking ) and in march and april the nights were cold ( perhaps 10-15 degrees , 50-60 Fahrenheit ) , only on the beach is is warmer.
