All current name brand P&S cameras take clear pictures as long as the user has a few camera skills and does not move the camera while shooting, especially in low light.  

If you are a little rusty on your low-light shooting techniques, look for one that has the IS feature .. it will steady the camera, but of course during longer exposures, you subjects will still move.

It's amazing. i love everything about it. and i would recommend you to buy this. it is a very good camera. clear pictures, different settings, videos.
