I notice alot of times that when I take auto shots I turn out to get a great quality pictures and sometimes I get blurry pictures. What is the best setup for short to med range photos? and what is the best for far range.

  1. You can get good quality pictures in bright day light.  The camera can pick a low ISO and high shutter speed.  When shooting in low lighting condition, watch out for the shutter speed.  If it is lower than 1/40 second, you can't get a sharp picture without using a tripod.  You camera should have a hand shaking warning.  In that case, avoid zoom in.  Use flash if possible.
