you can open orkut through proxy sites like undoblock.com . check out google .

I think your cookie level is not set correctly. If it is higher than medim high, then orkut does not work on your web browser. So, access orkut do the following change:

-Click on tool menu in the menu bar.

-Click on internet options.

-In the opened window, select security menu.

-Set the security level to medium high.
