I have just taken delivery of an iP5200 printer, and try as I may I just can't get the computer to find the printer. The OS is Windows 2000 Professional and I have been using a new 'Belkin' Hi-speed USB 2.0 cable. I have tried different USB ports in the computer, rebooted, rerun the provided software and followed the trouble shooting suggestions in the software package but all to no avail. Is it possible that the port in the printer is up the spout? Anyone else had a similar problem?
