Car Speaker/Amp Help?

Im getting a 99 dodge ram, I dont want a sub right in the cabin, I wanna get 4 speakers and an amp to make it sound really loud, clear, and good. Should I get like alpine type x 6x9's and two 5 1/4? and what kind of an amp? 4 channel? what will just sound amazing i have a couple of hundred dollars to spend?

alpines are good, especially in sound quality but not the loudest

if you loud speakers the MTX and JVC are good, you can get JVC 6x9's that are about 400 watts, and also are 4-ways, same with there 5 1/4

now for the amp you can get alpine 4 channel, they are a little pricey but they have good quality and will last

Alpine has quality equipment but i would suggest Infinity if you don't want to add a sub because from all of the different manufactures they have the best sounding speakers in my opinion

you need to look into component speakers (separate tweeters and mid bass drivers) rather than full range (multiple speakers mounted together) for better sound quality, and a nice two or four channel amp

they have excellent highs and nice lows (the best quality bass you can get that's not larger than 8inches)- their factory installed stuff (Chrysler products) sound a lot better than a lot of companies aftermarket stuff, you will not be disappointed
