Car for sale and price

I don't know a whole lot about cars, but I was driving the other day and noticed an adorable little car for sale.

It was a '77 450slc.

Automatic, Seemed like it was well taken care of.

It only had 84,000 miles on it.

They wanted $8500.

Assuming the car is in decent condition, is this a good price?
