Car steering problem

Question

When i turn my my car is making a weird nose , when i try to full lock e.g. for a uturn the nose will intensify and the steering becomes more difficult what could be the problem ?

your cv joints are going out.take the car to a mechanic and have it fixed.

it will be your power steering leaking oil u need to top it up with power steering oil some cars take different oils so check or it could just be that your power steering belt is lose and needs tighten

You really did'nt give me much to go by,so i'm thinking that your power steering pump is making the noise, It could just be out of fluid or it might need to be replaced. Also check for leaks on the ground , if you see one and it red in color that could be your power steering pump leaking and causing your pump to make that noise.
