Cardboard box printing?

on the inside of boxes why do they print little colour circles or squares?? like on the inside lid of cigarette packs and on the flaps on boxes of nappies? and on cereal boxes etc ..???

  1. Hello hello

    When the bit of card is printed these things are printed on the borders to help easily check if the alignment and the ink is all ok for the printing process. They happen to get hidden here and there after the box is folded up.
