  2. you should gain muscle first and then cardio...

    u burn more calories when u have more muscle that means that you will loose more weight when u have more muscle.

  3. Have them on different days.  If you have them on the same day you will be tired form the first one to get a workout doing the other.

    Ex.

    day 1 - lift

    day 2 - run

    day 3 - off

    day 4 - lift

    day 5 - run

    day 6 - off

    repeat

  4. Do cardio first!! Other wise you'll buld muscle on top of your fat. Then when you do your cardio you'll start to loose the muscle.
