Career outlook guides?

Question

I am going to school for nursing to be an RN. I am not sure if I want to do lactation or if I want to do mother/baby and labor/delivery unit. Can anyone tell me where on the internet to find a good guide for career outlooks on these two career paths and also the descriptions and education? I heard you need more training to be a lactation consultant. Anyone in these fields, can you tell me your experience on how you like your job and what you don't like?
