Casio gz one?

i have a casio gz one, i fooled with the settings and now it sounds off a beep or vibrates every 15 minutes and i can not figure out how to stop it from doing that. can anyone help?

  1. do you have a voicemail?  i think that is a reminder to check your vm and you can turn it off in the vm settings if you want
