I have weak teeth (enamel) and am not familiar with castor oil, not that I have heard it is bad for teeth. So what do you think, will it be okay to eat some?

any alternative medicine tips for making stronger teeth also would be greatly appreciated

  1. Castor oil is poisonous! Do not drink it. It's OK to put it on your EXTERNAL skin. Just don't drink it.

  2. Castol oil wont hurt your teeth but it isn't going to help either so drink up.  minimize your soda intake if any and chew on fruits and veggies more and make sure your calcium intake is optimal.  Don't eat sugars it is one of the worst for your teeth.  And as i said sodas, avoid sodas like the plague,   way too much acid in that that wrecks teeth.

  3. Castor Oil is not to be taken internally; only used externally; if you have weak enamel on your teeth; use Vitamin C

    Calcium helps the Roots;

    B-Vitamins help the gums.
