Catching drills for recievers?

Question

i aint the biggest or the fastest, but i made A team reciever last year and i want to make sure that tht happens again. i sprint everywhere, and give 110% on everything, but i need a little extra umph to get me more catches. i dont use gloves, just tape my fingers w/ little strips on my knuckles. what can i do to assure me of tht A team spot again?

id recommend gloves under armor get a football and throw it up in the air as high as u can.
