Catching live ants for food

Question

I'd like to catch large quantities of live ants that I can use to supplement the diet of my frogs. Is there a simple trap I can make with materials around my home?

1 put jam, suger or something sweet on a jar lid

2 put this outside by a crack in the concrete in a sunny spot

3 wait and collect the ants

that is correct nut dont feed ants to your frog they are piosoness and it may cause a lot of pain to your frog or even death to us its like eating three live bees for every meal
