Question:

Cats Behaviour *question for Vets ONLY*

Basically my cat is becoming more aggressive and she randomly attacks me by jumping on my legs and scratching them. She looks possessed and her eyes look wild. No, I did not abuse my cat or hurt her in any way. I have no clue whats wrong with her!

What can I do about my cat? Are there any medications or shots that can help her become less aggressive? I already tried to be more loving by getting her new toys and treats...BUT IT"S NOT WORKING!

Any ideas will be very much appreciated.

  1. I am not a vet but no one is answering your question.first you should cover her claws with soft paws they are prostetic nails that way she doesnt scratch you then I would train her not to bite spraying her everytime she tries to bite.I hope this helps.and for future refrance maybe you should not ask for just answers from vets.

  2. I know what the problem is, but can't tell you, since I'm not a vet and not allowed to answer.

    Good Luck!

  4. i think she just wants to play but maybe shes a bit rough.

my cats normally do that when we come back from holiday they go wild.

its normal they dont need any medication.

if it does attack you say no. we used to have this bottle where you can squirt water at them if they are naughty, only needs to be done once and they stop doin it after a while.

if your cat is new then maybe it needs some time to settle down, or it could come from a rough background.

    Hope i helped :) x
