Caught speeding in different state.?

A cop pulled up my cousin came from Korea. He is student and had international license. He got causght in virgina on his way to Purdue U near chicago. What should he do? He just called me. If he has to go to court later would he have to drive backto virginia later?

He has a few options. He can either just pay the ticket through the mail. Which is the same as an admission of guilt. Or he might be able to hire a lawyer in Virginia that may be able to handle it without him having to go back. Either way it's going to cost money. Hope this helps!
